Small Batch Air Fryer Cookies

Small batch air fryer cookies make two warm chocolate chip cookies for one, with no oven, no egg leftover, and clear timing.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled
  • 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon alcohol-free vanilla flavoring
  • 1 teaspoon milk, plus a few drops more if needed
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1/16 teaspoon baking soda, a tiny pinch
  • 1/16 teaspoon fine salt, a tiny pinch
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Stir the melted butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, vanilla, and milk until glossy.
  2. Add flour, baking soda, and salt, then stir until no dry flour remains.
  3. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  4. Divide into 2 mounds and flatten each into a thick disk.
  5. Chill for 5 minutes while preheating the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  6. Air fry on parchment at 320°F (160°C) for 7 to 9 minutes, until the edges are set and the centers are baked through, with no wet or raw-looking dough.
  7. Rest in the basket for 3 minutes, then move to a rack or plate.
